What is included in the admission fee?
The admission fee without use of the pools includes 24 amenities and facilities: petting zoo, kid zones, table tennis, volleyball and soccer fields, and many others. The admission fee with use of the pools includes 30 amenities and facilities: 6 pools, slides, sun loungers, umbrellas, and more. The ticket for the Deluxe Zone includes use of a heated pool, two heated jacuzzis, cabanas for two, as well as all other amenities in the complex.
Why is there an admission fee?
The admission fee covers the maintenance of the entire complex – cleanliness, lifeguards, pools, slides, green areas, attractions, sanitary facilities, and all the amenities you use during the day. Thanks to this fee, we are able to maintain a high level of safety, service, and hygiene, as well as develop new areas and entertainment options. The admission fee is not just a ticket—it is a guarantee that you will spend your day in a well-maintained, safe, and pleasant environment.
Can I bring food and drinks into the complex?
Bringing food and drinks is prohibited in order to maintain high hygiene and safety standards for all guests. We make an exception only for parents with babies, who can bring baby food and water. The good news? There are plenty of places within the complex where you can find something tasty and refreshing.
Is there an admission fee if I only want to visit the Ezero restaurant?
Visiting the Ezero Restaurant is free after 6:30 p.m. If you wish to visit earlier in the day, an admission fee for the complex must be paid, as all areas and amenities of the Hydropark are active and accessible to guests until that time.
Are pets allowed?
Only small pets weighing up to 5 kg are allowed, and only on a leash. There are free-roaming birds in the complex, so larger animals or those without control are not allowed in order to ensure the peace and safety of both them and all guests.
Do you offer towels and beach accessories?
Yes, we offer towels for rent at €5 and a €15 deposit, which is refundable upon return. You can purchase swimwear, flip-flops, sunscreen, and other beach accessories at our store, but we still recommend bringing everything you need for maximum comfort.
What is the water temperature?
The pools are not heated. The water temperature is natural and usually between 24 and 27°C (depending on the weather). The pool in the Deluxe area is heated and has a temperature above 30°C.
Can I reserve sun loungers in advance?
Sun loungers and umbrellas are free to use and included in the admission fee. Each guest chooses their spot upon arrival, so we do not offer advance reservations for groups or individual visitors.
Can I leave the complex and return later in the day?
Re-entry on the same day is not permitted. Plan your visit so that you have everything you need with you.
Are there lockers for storing belongings?
We offer lockers that you can use for a deposit of €5 when you want to store valuables and personal belongings during your stay.
What should I do if I have lost or forgotten something?
If you find that you have lost or left personal belongings somewhere, please contact security or a manager for assistance. If the item has been found and handed in, we will be happy to return it to you. However, please note that the complex is not responsible for items left unattended. For added security, you can rent a locker to store your valuables during your stay.
Can my luggage be checked upon entry?
Yes, if necessary, security may check your luggage at the entrance. This is done solely for the safety of all guests and to comply with the rules of the complex. Bringing in food, drinks, weapons, or other items that may endanger others is not permitted. The only exceptions are baby food and water. If you are carrying food for a baby, simply inform the security guards at the entrance.
What happens if the weather turns bad?
In the event of a sudden change in weather, the complex may temporarily restrict the use of certain attractions. No refunds or compensation will be given in the event of adverse weather conditions, so it is advisable to keep an eye on the forecast.
How can I make a reservation for an area, event, or stay?
Reservations can be made through the hotel accommodation platform on the website, by email, or by phone. Our team will guide you to the most suitable solution depending on the occasion and number of guests.
Do you offer discounts for people with disabilities or seniors?
Yes, we provide free admission to guests with a disability rating of over 70%. A valid document must be presented upon entry. We do not currently offer discounts for seniors.
Can minors visit the complex without an adult?
Children under the age of 14 are not allowed without an adult companion. Visitors between the ages of 14 and 18 are not required to be accompanied by an adult, but we strongly recommend it.
