Any cancellation of a reservation for which we have given you a Confirmation must be made by phone or email to office@melnicite.bg. The cancellation is also confirmed by the Hydropark ‘The Windmills’ taking into account the following conditions:
– If a confirmed reservation is canceled on the day of the reservation (no less than 10 days before the date of accommodation), the prepayment is refundable in full.
– If a confirmed reservation is canceled 9 days before the check-in date or if you do not show up by 12:00 a.m. on the check-in date, the amount of your reservation will not be refunded, and the reservation will be considered canceled.
– If you cancel your reservation on site or on the day of accommodation, the amount of your reservation will not be refunded.

Hydropark ‘The Windmills’ reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in case of force majeure circumstances and other reasons beyond the hotelier’s control. In such cases, the complex:
– Offers the customer accommodation for another period under the same conditions and prices.
– Refunds the amounts paid by the customer within 10 days of receiving a written request to that effect from the tourist, without owing any penalty to the latter.
– When paying by card and refunding amounts, they are refunded solely and exclusively to the card with which the initial transaction was made.
